Combining high-quality construction and performance with impressive versatility and size, the Good One Heritage Oven Stand Alone can handle any BBQ task. A multi-purpose smoker-grill, the Heritage can be used as a low-and-slow smoker to turn out championship caliber BBQ or a high-heat grill capable of searing the perfect filet. Such amazing flexibility is owed to its innovative design. A reconfigured offset, the Heritage Oven's firebox is on the front and has its own cooking grate, allowing you to grill directly over the burning coals. The smoking chamber is located above and behind the firebox and has 3 removable grates, so you can easily smoke enough ribs and brisket to feed a crowd. An internal damper separates the two chambers and runs the length the grill, helping to maintain a precise temperature and evenly distribute smoke. Made in America

Fine tune temperatures with the twist-style air intakes
