Breakfast Sausage Fatty
Ingredients:
- 2lbs Breakfast Sausage 
- 8 Eggs – Scrambled 
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese 
- Salt & Pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Roll out your sausage to make a flat surface 
- Place scrambled eggs and cheese in center of sausage 
- Roll the sausage into a log shape around the eggs & cheese 
- Place in smoker @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until sausage is cooked through out. 
- Rest for 10 mins then slice. 
We like to serve ours over a sliced warm baked biscuit covered with a milk gravy.
