Jeff started making the original “Sweet with a Touch of Heat” BBQ sauce in 2009 when he read his mother’s Sloppy Joe recipe wrong. It tasted more like BBQ than his Mom’s recipe should have tasted. Jeff wrote down what he had done and over the next few months created his own BBQ sauce recipe. Stirn’sBBQ Sauce is now professionally bottled by Bluegrass Superior Foods in Louisville, KY.
