Join Charcoal & More on November 12th to learn how to cook from the best – Chris Marks!  Chris has won over 43 National Barbecue Championships, 600+ individual awards, as well as the Jack Daniel’s World Championship BBQ Sauces Championship. He’s also an 9-time World Champion!

This Holiday Meats Cooking Class will cover the entire smoking process, as well as the different types of smokers, woods and charcoals.  Additional topics that will be covered are:

  • Common smoking mistakes
  • Master BBQ techniques
  • Marinades, rubs & injections

For only $125 per person you will learn how to cook several meals that your guests can enjoy this season plus have access to specials on The Good-One Smokers and select seasonings.

Limited space is available to first 20 students based on payments received. Because Charcoal & More must purchase perishable meat, all fees are non-refundable. If classes less than 12 students, Charcoal & More reserves the right to cancel and refunds will be issued. Classes will be held rain or shine.
