Not Your Grandma’s Fruit Cups

Typically we love posting our BBQ recipes, but this time we wanted to share a sweet treat recipe that we know you’ll find DELICIOUS! Christy and Dallas from Montgomery Farms did another fun experiment in the kitchen with the Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Glaze from Texas Pepper Jelly. You’ll want to add this to your entertaining lineup for sure!

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Glaze (Texas Pepper Jelly)
  • 3-4 tangerines
  • 1 pack fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 Anjou pear
  • Sugar Cookie dough (or sugar cookies)
  • Garnish with mint – optional
  1. Cook sugar cookie dough according to package instructions (or you’ve gotten pre-made and no worries). If you want sugar cookie cups – use a muffin tin turned upside down and mold the dough to bake as a cup.
    2. Wash berries and drain
    3. Dice strawberries
    4. Separate tangerine slices
    5. Peel and dice the pear
    6. Mix together the yogurt and Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Glaze
    7. Blend together and serve in the sugar cookie cups (or with a cookie)
    8. Garnish with mint leaves (optional)
